The design brief given by the client was for a spec type development, this approach for the design was attained by the use of low maintenance finishes such as facebrick, tiled roofs and aluminium windows and doors. The use of facebrick walls together with double volume glass bay windows for areas such as the board rooms provided the office feel, however by incorporating sand stone clad walls, balconies and the tiled roof typically found in domestic architecture completed the overall character to this facility.
