The design proposed on a compacted site provided lounging and dining areas on the ground floor with some accommodation towards the main entrance. The balance of the sleeping rooms and bathroom facilities are to be located on the first floor. A light well were the main staircase and lift is located sits hard on the boundary and the northern façade is open with large shading overhangs for the ground floor amenities.
The overall buildings form remains cubistic with mono pitched roofs and exposed supporting columns. A concrete slab aids in rain water harvesting to maintain the gardens and the overall building materials envisaged are to be in a neutral finish with maintenance free as the key criteria.
