This proposed development located in Benoni, Johannesburg within a well established suburb of a middle class income group is to be subdivided into two equal portions. The developers brief was for two similar designed houses that would match the surrounding house typology and design.

The basis of the design was that of a traditional 1970’s home from this area. The orientation of the entire home is northwards with the focus of the design being the entertainment area. Open plan lounge / dining and kitchen areas complete this design style. Contemporary finishes and on suit bathrooms to each bedroom provide additional luxury these homes. Attention to detail through the use of sun control louvers to the double volume lounge area and entertainment patio controls the amount of direct light into these spaces.
