This 30 storey, 100 meter high building project is envisaged as the new landmark for Hatfield, Pretoria, a symbolic building, easily recognized as the gateway to the Gautrain currently under construction one city block away with the completion of this structure to coincide with the commissioning of the Hatfield train Station in 2011.

The development is envisaged as a multi-use complex allowing the ground floor retail to be linked horizontally with the adjoining properties. The complex includes below grade parking for tenant, customer and residential unit owners. Ground floor retail, restaurant space with a further two floors adjoining a triple volume internal atrium offering a fitness centre and sky lit swimming pool overlooking the roof terrace give way to offices above. A number of public amenities connect the ‘A’ grade office floors consisting of 5 levels that provide the individual users with great flexibility. Spatial residential apartments above the office floors eventually accommodate exclusive penthouses located on the upper 3 floors of the Hatfield Tower.

The proposed façade treatment ranging from stone and glass cladding will be fully attuned to the demands of a robust retail environment and the technological demands of up market office and residential suites.
