The clients brief for this development was for low maintenance facades and easy to construct structures. Higher level of finishes with a slightly more architecturally design office front, this provided for large expanses of glass along the administrative sections of the building with detailed large overhanging roofs. The sides and rear of the warehouse building remain conventional with south strip lights to the roof and steel sheet cladding.
