Currently this 2 hector parcel of land zoned 'agricultural' within an expanding industrial area is to be re-zoned to light industrial. This virtually flat un-serviced site is ideal for the creation of small independent units where container trucks can enter and circulate with ease.

The clients brief for individual low maintenance and easy to construct structures are realised into 12 building units. Each unit allows for the possibility of subdivision from a small 300 square meters mini warehouse to 600 square meter full mini-factory / warehouse unit. The sides and rear of the warehouse building remain conventional with steel sheet cladding and the office component finished in semi-face bricks. Aluminium windows and galvanised roller shutter doors complete this easy to maintain and use facility.

The development is unified by a central road way where customer and visitor parking is situated. Sufficient truck turning circle to the end of the road allows for large truck deliveries to take place.
