Situated in the heart of Alexandra, this land mark community retail centre required a facelift in light of the upgrades to the roads and public spaces. The brief was to create income generating advertising space while modernizing the façade of the building including a major upgrade to the existing structure.

The clip on façade provides primary signage space for the anchor tenant located on the fist floor, secondary signage for the ground floor retail shops and income generating advertising space to the bulk of the fascia. The new façade also acts as a sun shading screen for the west facing units.

The location of this building interacts with a very prominent traffic intersection, thus the corner tower provides a new gateway landmark for the entry into this prominent taxi rank and public piazza.
